If, within the first 15 days of receipt of purchase, you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered, I will gladly issue a full refund (excluding shipping cost) upon my receipt of your returned item. The prices of my jewelry are a reflection of the quality of the materials
that I purchase, and the time that goes into each design. There are
times you may notice an increase or a decrease in the price of a piece of
jewelry. Pricing for Precious Metals and Gemstone fluctuate and I cannot always find
the same price as when I previously purchased. Additionally, there are
times I must use a different supplier to find a specific materials because
supplies can be limited and I must shop around. Please be assured that I
will continue to do my best to find high quality materials at the
most reasonable price, which gives you the best price possible for my
handcrafted jewelry designs.

All shipping and handling is based on the total amount purchased. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. All items are expected to ship within 4 to 7 business days from receipt of payment (with the exception of custom orders) and can be expected to arrive on your doorstep in a timely fashion. If you want your jewelry order to arrive more quickly, contact me to arrange an alternative shipping method (Priority Mail or Express Mail). Please allow 1 to 2 weeks from receipt of payment for delivery during the busy seasons.

piece, so please email me! If there is a certain design that you like,
but you would like it in a different color, email me and I will let you know
the cost and time frame it will take to complete.
